Speaker bio: Summer Xin is the CEO of Ningbo Nottingham Technology Co., Ltd. (NNTC), the asset management platform and commercial arm of UNNC. She brings a unique cross-sector background spanning IP law, VC and consulting, with deep expertise in knowledge transfer, innovation and transformation.
She began her career at Liu Shen & Associates, one of China's top IP law firms, focusing on patent management and compliance. At Ernst & Young (EY), she advised universities, corporates, and government departments on innovation-driven transformation, covering areas such as digital transformation, growth strategy, innovation and commercialisation. Her work also included strategic roadmaps for emerging technology sectors, bridging policy, operations, and partnerships. Her experience in VC area further expanded her perspective in investment readiness, deal structuring, and scaling startups. At UNNC, she now leads NNTC in connecting academic research with industry opportunities and building a sustainable innovation-to-impact pipeline.

Speaker bio: Yanghao Yu, Co-founder of RED CUBE, established the organisation during his seven-year professional journey in North America.
