On 27th-28th August, International Workshop on Advanced and High-Valued Manufacturing Processes was successfully held in the University of Nottingham Ningbo China.
The workshop is jointly chaired by Prof. Dragos Axinte, Prof. Xiaogang Yang and Dr. Haonan Li, and supported by manufacturing industry and government in Ningbo. It is a Sino-UK research forum to discuss cutting-edge manufacturing technologies responding to emerging demands and opportunities in China.
Professor Chris Rudd, Provost of UNNC and Professor Ping Cui, Associate Provost for Innovation and Advancement were present in the Opening Ceremony of the workshop and Prof. Chris Rudd also delivered the opening remarks. Scholars and experts from 11 both domestic and international universities and research institutions delivered presentations around the topic of advanced and intelligent manufacturing.
