After the parallel sessions, an award ceremony was held. Alain Chong, Dean of Graduate School and Global Engagement, and Evelyn Lin, Director of Graduate School, presented the award certificates and trophies to the prize winners: 3 Best Presenters from each faculty, 3 Second Prize winners, 5 Third Prize winners, and 5 Excellent External Speakers.
Professor Alain Chong delivered a closing speech to express his appreciation for everyone's participation, his congratulations to the winners, and his gratitude to the supporting team and student interns.
From the feedback we've collected after the PGR Conference, audiences also stated that "it was a good chance to practice their research presenting skill in front of an intellectual community" and "the conference is definitely worthwhile".
Special thanks to the panel, internal and external participants, the conference committee, and the student interns: the conference couldn't have run smoothly without your efforts and support, and your invaluable contributions are greatly appreciated.
