FoSE International Students Activity: Chinese Knot Making

On 10th December 2018, Faculty of Science and Engineering (FoSE), together with the Nottingham Confucius Institute, gave a Chinese Knot Making Workshop to FoSE students.

Students from India, Malaysia, Egypt, Russia, Nigeria and of course China went together to learn how to make a Chinese Knot (or Auspicious Knot) and understand the Chinese traditional culture. For some of the new coming international students, this might be the first time they celebrate the New Year in China.
