Yuchong Zhang obtained his Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Nottingham University Business School China, and MSc in Banking and Finance from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom. After graduation, he successively worked as Senior Analyst and Director in Yue Xiu Limited Company and Associate Director in UBS. Desiring freedom by nature, he was determined to go abroad to enrich his experiences and broaden his horizon. Considering the information gap at home and abroad at that time, as well as the numerous difficulties and unknowns to make this transition, he finally chose UNNC, an ideal platform for him to access to the international front-line information, improve international communication ability and cultivate international thinking domestically. "Lots of people didn't dare to apply to UNNC in 2005, but I was determined and it turned out that I had made my right choice." The rich culture and diverse activities at UNNC provided a fertile ground for the development of Yuchong’s mind and skills. Like a sponge, he actively absorbed various knowledge and experience through participating in diverse activities. Such experiences assisted him in entering the investment banking field and successfully adapting himself to an international and highly competitive work environment in Hong Kong, in which he continuously achieved personal development.
