The establishment of UNNC originates with China’s entry into the World Trade Organization. China’s WTO entry in December 2001 meant that the country’s economy was integrating with the tide of world development. We also had to foster open-minded and talented students who have both a traditional Chinese spirit and a global perspective that aligns with the world. At the time when UNNC first opened its door, our school, NUBS China, alone made up 75% of all students. The development of our country has meant that there has always been a huge demand for people majoring in business, especially those skilled in business management. If, as always, we continue as we have, our talented students will have open minds with a traditional Chinese spirit and a global perspective, and here at NUBS China, we will continue to develop, grow and improve. Finally, I absolutely believe, in 5, 10 or 20 years from now, in the fields of world business and politics, there will be outstanding students from NUBS China working there,” said by Madam Xu.
