Ms. He Zhen, an International Business Management graduate of Nottingham University Business School China, reflects on her working experience and offers suggestions to younger business students. After completing her studies in the UK, she was offered a job in London. After working in this job for one year, she decided to work in the real estate industry. ‘Every city has its charm, and every house has its style. I love the lifestyle in London and working with houses of various styles.’ Zhen said. From then on, Zhen set out on a career path in the real estate world. As the Party A, she had the opportunity to improve her abilities while taking full control; As the Party B, she gained insights into working with clients from all walks of life. Never limiting herself and always embracing challenges, Zhen built up her experience and constantly pursued better platforms where she could futher develop her skills while making rapid progress. In her plans for future, Zhen talks about having more opportunities to see the world and achieving better work-life balance. ‘It is always wise to experience more when you are still young so as to enrich your inner world’ she said.
