Learning local dialects, touring the picturesque Jiangnan region, and haggling in neighbourhood food markets… From the Spring Festival to the Lantern Festival this year, UNNC’s Global Engagement Office and Department of Campus Life launched the Live Like a Local and Homestay initiatives. International exchange students and degree-seeking international students from more than ten countries — including Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK — stepped into Ningbo households and immersed themselves in the vibrancy of everyday street life, creating a series of warm and unforgettable memories of living in China.
