I was born and raised in Toronto and lived there until I completed my undergraduate studies. My career as an English teacher then brought me from Canada to South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, and now, Ningbo. Apart from teaching, I am also a doctoral student pursuing an EdD in higher education leadership and policy. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy staying active with yoga, CrossFit, and hiking.
