Introduction:

The whole foods plant-based community, mainly based in USA, has now reached a size and activity level that clearly demonstrates that WFPB is both satisfying and sustainable. Scientific evidence is showing us that the environmental impact of world livestock production is making it imperative that we urgently reduce animal consumption. Through the adoption of a WFPB diet, individuals can make a significant contribution towards reducing the impact on the environment.

Eating for optimal health and the health of the planet is a worthy goal. Despite the evidence that it is imperative that we act, many individuals are either unable or unwilling to make the necessary dietary changes. In this serious of presentations, workshops and discussions, we examine the obstacles to change and how to overcome them.

These presentations are suitable for Individuals, Community Health Educators, Teachers, Medical Professionals as well as Academics pursuing research on the treatment and management of public health.
