Each organization will have a time slot to introduce its mission, key activities, departmental structure, and membership benefits through PPT and verbal presentations. The session will be held in a lecture hall/auditorium, providing a structured and comprehensive overview of all six organizations in one sitting. After all presentations, there will be a unified Q&A session where freshmen can ask questions and interact with current members. The goal is to help new students efficiently learn about each organization and make informed choices for their extracurricular involvement. The participating organisations are Campus Ambassador, Students' Union, Young Volunteers Association, Vis-a-Vis Organisation, NUTS China and Weaver Organization.
