It kicks off with icebreaker passing games to quickly bring everyone closer, followed by a lively explanation that gives you a quick grasp of the rules and the charm of this gentleman’s sport. After an engaging warm-up that incorporates rugby footwork, you’ll take on skill challenges like passing through targets and dummy moves, and build understanding through 2-on-1 drills. Finally, everyone will be mixed into teams for a relaxed, friendly scrimmage, where you’ll experience the joy of scoring tries through clever running lines and well-timed passes, make friends, and walk away with both skills and friendship.
