About the event

This workshop is designed to create an exclusive space for freshmen to connect and engage, providing support to help them smoothly navigate the initial adaptation period. Through casual conversations and interactive games, we aim to strengthen mutual understanding among participants. The workshop will also introduce the basics of each department within the ambassador team and offer a glimpse into the team's working atmosphere and culture.

During I-Week, the formal workshop will deliver a systematic and in‑depth introduction to the campus ambassador organisation and its various departments. On‑site activities will include interactive mini‑games, lucky draws, and other engaging events. Additionally, participants are encouraged to collect likes on social media to earn commemorative souvenirs, further boosting interest and interaction.
