About the event

This exclusive programme is tailor-made for the Class of 2026 incoming students at UNNC. It aims to break down the "information barrier" between high school and university. Adopting a 7-day tiered growth framework, the initiative helps freshmen build their early career planning profiles and, more importantly, forge a high-quality network of peers and senior students.

Running every evening for seven consecutive days, each session zeroes in on a specific niche area of student interest. We have invited outstanding senior upperclassmen and women with impressive track records in top-tier business competitions, internships at leading enterprises, interdisciplinary research, and postgraduate applications to world-renowned universities to deliver in-depth, practical sharing sessions.

Beyond structured Q&A segments at every event, the centrepiece highlight is the Networking session in the latter half of each day. Moving away from the conventional one-way lecture format featuring speakers on stage and passive audiences below, the event offers free-flow refreshment breaks, ice-breaking activities, and on-site team formation for prospective business competition participants. This allows freshmen to meet like-minded peers within their very first week of university and gain direct access to a high-calibre senior network.

Each session runs from 19:00 to 21:00: 60 minutes of talks, 20 minutes of Q&A, and 40 minutes of ice-breaking, networking and team formation.
