13th Sep, at MN Canteen, co-organized by Confucius Institute and HR Department, over 80 UNNC staff gathered to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. 

As the Mid-Autumn Festival is a day for the reunion of family members, Dean of NUBS China Prof Kok Wei Khong delivered a welcome speech. He wished everyone a progressive new semester and encouraged new staff to fully enjoy Chinese culture through the events organized by the Confucius Institute. 

Then Confucius Institute introduced the history of the festival and its development nowadays. The participants showed high enthusiasm in Chinese culture. Their highly focused practice on mooncake making could be evidence of it. 

In the end of the event, the participants said that they enjoyed the event very much and conveyed good wishes to each other.
