Chinese Dessert Making

30th Oct at IEB101, about 70 staff and students gathered together to make beautiful and delicious Chinese dessert. As persimmon was the typical seasonal fruit, the dessert was thus designed in persimmon shape and using persimmon as one of the key ingredients.
Though the stick paste and juicy fruit brought many challenges to the participants, they showed high enthusiastic in it. Many of them said it was their first time to make this kind of dessert. After their hard try, boxes of well-shaped orange dessert were successfully made. The orange color decorated the event room full of harvest atmosphere.
