I joined UNNC in January 2016 and I’m currently involved in convening and teaching preliminary year modules in linguistics and literature.

My research interests lie primarily in cognitive linguistics, an approach to language and mind which places central importance on meaning and its grounding in bodily and social experience. I also have a keen interest in intercultural communication, mental health, and mindfulness meditation.
