个人简介
Originally I am from the UK, however, I have primarily lived and worked in China since 2011. In China I have worked in Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong, Jiangsu, and now Zhejiang. My undergraduate degree is in history and I briefly worked in a UK primary school before re-training as an English language teacher (MA Applied Linguistics with TESOL, CELTA, HEA Fellow).
My main classroom focus is on creating an engaging and motivating atmosphere where students can practise their English skills. My research interests include teaching methodology, L1 usage in the classroom, and student motivation.
Outside the classroom I enjoy hiking, football, and fishing.
