The role of IT Services is to lead information and technology strategy development for the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and to deliver services, resources and infrastructure that enable staff and students to benefit from information and technology in all academic and business activities. We aspire to be information and technology service leaders and provides the highest standard of customer care, not only in Ningbo but also in Higher Education across the globe.

IT Services maintains and develops core infrastructure, services and associated facilities of the University including networking, email, digital storage, printing and computing facilities. We also manages the audio visual facilities in the teaching rooms and telephone network including teleconference and video conferencing facilities, support core and specialised software applications and license.
