CHUNG-ANG UNIVERSITY (cau.ac.kr)

Chung-Ang University (CAU) is a private institution based in Seoul in South Korea.

It began life in 1918, but gained comprehensive university status in 1953. Its two campuses (the other being in Anseong) house 10 undergraduate colleges and 16 graduate schools, serving more than 30,000 students and 900 faculty members.

The university’s mission is to achieve “Truth and Justice”, which doubles as the institution’s motto, providing students with general knowledge required for cultured leadership, specialised knowledge for developing the country, and the open-minded worldview to bring about harmony in the nation and the world.
