According to the latest statistics, four academics from Nottingham University Business School China (NUBS China) have been certified as Senior Fellows of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and 19 academics have also obtained their certifications as Fellows of Higher Education Academy (FHEA). This fully demonstrates the global teaching strength of the NUBS China faculty team, and serves as a recognition of the school's endeavors to enhance the student learning experience and refine its teaching strategy.

The SFHEA and FHEA certificates are issued by Advance HE (formerly known as Higher Education Association, HEA), which is an organisation based in the UK that focuses on advancing teaching and learning in higher education. It provides a range of services and resources to support universities in enhancing the quality of teaching, leadership and learning. It works with higher education institutions around the world to improve higher education for staff, students and society.

Since its establishment, NUBS China has been upholding an international, interactive and innovative teaching approach. The content of our degree programmes has a sharp international focus. Our lecturers and teaching fellows are recruited from top universities and research institutes around the world and they deliver interactive teaching that focuses on student involvement in seminars, lectures and workshops. We encourage lively discussion and debate between students and lecturers to create an intellectually stimulating educational environment.
