Nottingham Centre for Research on Globalisation and Economic Policy (GEP)
Established in the School of Economics at the University of Nottingham in 2001, GEP - the Globalisation and Economic Policy Centre - is the major centre in Europe studying the impacts of globalisation and economic policy and one of the biggest of its kind in the world. The Centre has an impressive international reputation; its academics have advised the Treasury, the World Bank and WTO. The research and dissemination activities are structured around four Research Programmes, linked by the common theme of globalisation.
