1. The deadline for registration is March 8th, 2024 (Friday) by 15:00
2. Please fill in the registration information accurate and complete. Each household can only submit one form. Errors/invalid/missing information may result in registration failure and inability to receive confirmation details.
3. After verification by the Student Recruitment and Admission Office, for successful reservation visitors, the school will send visitor's campus QR code links via email and SMS in batches respectively on March 1st, 4th, 6th, and 8th, 2024. Visitors can enter the campus by scanning the visitor QR code at Gate 1 for campus entry. The visitor QR code is only valid on the day of the event.
4. The reservations are valid only for the event date. Please plan your travel accordingly and consider using eco-friendly transportation to minimize congestion during peak hours.
