10 September: The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) Volunteer Oath-taking Rally of the 19th Asian Games (Xiangshan Competition Zone in Ningbo) was held. 106 UNNC student volunteers from different programmes joined the rally, and swore that they will practice the volunteer spirit and contribute their efforts to the Asian Games. 

The majority of volunteers for technical officer services and interpretation in the Ningbo Xiangshan Competition Zone are from UNNC. 

The games in the Ningbo Xiangshan Competition Zone, such as sailing, kite surfing and beach volleyball, will be carried out from 19 to 28 September. UNNC volunteers will be helping with various volunteer service categories including competition operation, etiquette and language services, anti-doping, and so on.
