Chinese Cuisine Class for the International Students

23 November, Nottingham Confucius Institute China Ningbo Branch jointly run Chinese cuisine class with Living in China team of UNNC at No.2 Canteen. This cuisine class was about how to make traditional Chinese dumplings. International students from Britain, the United States and Poland singed up and attended the activity.

The cook prepared food materials, dumplings wrappers and stuffing in advance, and showed participants the process of making dumplings. Then they made their own dumplings by observing and imitating. At the end participants boiled and had the dumplings for lunch.
