UNNC Student Personal Archive, also known as Dang’an, includes materials like academic records, transcript, reward or punishment records, etc. occurred in UNNC. For one who handed in his/her high school personal archive to student affairs supporter, his/her student personal archive includes materials from high school as well.
Students’ archive will be sorted and kept by DCL during their study in UNNC. When a student graduate from UNNC, his/her student personal archive should be transferred to new institution, such as work place, talent market, etc. If students who withdraw from UNNC or transferred to new school, their student personal archive will no longer be kept by UNNC and should be transferred to new institution at the same time.
