Dr. Jia Luo is Manager for Researcher Training and Development in the Graduate School. She holds a PhD in Finance, and her research background covers supply chain, corporate finance and economics. In her role, Dr. Luo manages training and development provision for PGR students, such as Researcher Fundamentals Training and Research Empowerment workshops. She also facilitates supervisor training and supports various PGR events and activities. Committed to empowering researchers throughout their academic journeys, Dr. Luo also serves as a member of the Ethics Committee at UNNC.
