Digital learning at UNNC is more personal

Learning communication can be of greater quantity and quality. Digital tools and activities can be used to provide each student rich, timely, targeted feedback on their work, increase the authenticity and applicability of student assessment, and document the unique knowledge and skills attained by each student for employment or further study.

Digital learning at UNNC is more social

Learning relationships can be more critical, creative, competitive and collaborative.  Digital tools and activities can be used to increase academic discourse, peer learning, and leadership and teamwork both in and outside of the classroom, and to make transparent data-based teaching and learning decisions from the class to university level.

Digital Learning at UNNC is more engaging

Learning experiences can be more interactive and immersive. Digital tools and activities can be used to shift learners from passive consumers of static content to active creators and curators of digital content that can be remixed and repurposed in a quickly changing knowledge economy.

Digital Learning at UNNC is more UNNC

Learning stakeholders can be more invested and involved. Digital tools and activities can be researched, developed and deployed through each schools’ support and development of faculty, professional services’ expertise and resources, and students as inspiration, agency and evidence of success.
