Research Interests

The theoretical and experimental development of new magnetic resonance imaging techniques to meet the research and clinical needs of the medical and biomedical community. Special interests include MRI hardware, optimization of the MR pulse sequences and MRI physics, hyperpolarized noble-gases MRI to study lung function and lung diseases, cancer, proton diffusion and perfusion, medical imaging processing.

Currently, I am recruiting new PhD students with/without scholarships to study MRI. If interested, please send me an email.
