University Mental Health Week is taking place between Monday 20 March and Friday 24 March 2017. Join us and get active for Mental Health.

While mental health is often associated with illness, this week aims to promote the understanding that everyone has mental health, and share some of the positive things we can do to look after our mental wellbeing and essentially keep our lives healthy.

The theme of this year is ‘get active for your mental health’.
