The 2014 architecture graduate degree exhibition of The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) opens to the public on 20 June 2014, and will showcase work from the students. This special exhibition is to celebrate the graduation of the first cohorts of UNNC architecture graduates, to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of UNNC and to showcase our students and their creative work to general public.
The exhibition features a wide range of projects with special emphasis on the work of final year students which represents their degree programme at UNNC. The exhibition will run from 20 June to 15 October in the Science and Engineering Building atrium and is open to public.
This year’s exhibition will feature a pavilion designed collaboratively by year 2 and year 3 students using parametric design techniques during the spring semester. The pavilion is installed by all students and it reflects the joint effort and collaboration of all three years of design studio. The design and construction of the pavilion is coordinated and jointly organised by the Department of Architecture and Built Environment and International Association of Students of Architecture (IASA) at UNNC. In and around this pavilion you will be able to see the creative and innovative architectural solutions that the students where engaged in this academic year.
