Technology sectors have gone through some phenomenal changes over the last 20~30 years. What are key drivers to stimulate the evolution and development of game changing rules for business decisions? What are important attributes to consider in assessing those surviving businesses? What are the types of tools/processes adopted in developing strategic plans?  What are key characteristics and determining factors for those successful businesses to outperform over competition? How to develop winning strategies to stay ahead of challenges?
