Power Electronic Technology for transportation electrification, renewable energy & grid applications and motor drives: solid-state transformer, solid-state circuit breaker, multi-level converter topologies and controls, application of wide-band-gap semiconductor devices, applications for electric vehicles, ships, locomotives and aircraft.

Hardware and firmware design for power electronic system, main circuit, controllers such as DSP, FPGA and CPLD.
