Dr Youzong Xu obtained his Ph.D in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. He is specialized in applied microeconomic theory and political economy. He also does research in behavioral economics and financial economics. Before joining UNBS, he worked as a lecturer (assistant professor) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and was an Honorary Lecturer of University of Liverpool. Dr. Xu is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK).
