Prof. Carl F. Fey
Dean of Nottingham University Business School China
Professor of International Business
Prior to joining Nottingham University Business School China, he was a Professor at Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden where among other responsibilities he helped the school start and develop a branch campus in Russia which became a leader in business education in Russia for executive education and EMBA programs on which the school focused. Dean Fey obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Western Ontario’s Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada. His research focuses on international aspects of organizational culture and effectiveness, leadership, strategic human resource management, foreign market entry, mergers and acquisitions, and knowledge transfer.
Mr. Jeffrey He
Executive Member of Ningbo Elite Second Generation Association
Mr. Jeffrey He is the General Manager of Ningbo Hiwise Smart Technology Co., Ltd,the Executive Member of Ningbo Elite Second Generation Association. Mr. Jeffrey He holds an Economics degree from Brock University in Canada and a MBA degree from Zhejiang University of Technology. He is a young leader and could share his special experience with young students in leading a huge company.

Mr. Frank Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Nanjing University and a master’s degree in law from Catholic University of Leuven, and a PHD in law in Fudan University. He holds Vice President of legal & Corporate Affairs, AB InBev APAC, and takes charge of AB InBev’s legal affairs, government affairs and public relation in Asia Pacific Zone. He has been employed in Fortune 500 companies and been committed in the investment, development and communication of Sino-foreign corporate culture and business activities of foreign companies in China since the nineties. He has been actively promoting all-round public welfare activities of multinational companies in fields of environmental protection, education, poverty relief, charity, etc.
