她的研究兴趣集中在服务营销,主要是顾客关系管理,服务补救,网络口碑和顾客在服务方面的攻击行为。在Christine Ennew和Martin Liu两位教授的指导下,她的论文探讨在未能获得满意服务后,顾客攻击行为的深层原因。
