研究简介

马凯忻的博士论文以人事管理经济学为题材。 她曾经在英国的阿伯丁大学的经济系及卫生经济系从事有关劳动经济学及卫生经济学方面的研究共十一年。英格兰国内各地劳工成本天差地别,而英格兰国民保健服务覆盖全国,无偿为所有人民提供医疗服务,绝不能因为各地劳工成本不同而厚此薄彼。为此英格兰卫生部要求一队由阿伯丁大学率领的研究团队计算如何妥善调整国内各地国立医院及诊所所得拨款, 马凯忻为该团队重要一员。英国工党在1997至2010执政期间为英格兰的医疗体制,无论是医院还是家庭医生,都进行过许多大规模改革,究竟这些改革成效如何,有没有意料以外的副作用等等,都是她研究兴趣所在。离开阿伯丁以后她在香港特别行政区政府的中央政策组工作过,为由行政长官出任主席的策略发展委员会提供研究和会议支持服务。
