Recruitment Panel Visits High Schools in Heilongjiang, Sichuan and Shanxi

The Recruitment Panel of The University of Nottingham Ningbo, China, recently visited the key high schools in Heilongjiang, Sichuan and Shanxi Provinces:  Harbin No 3 High School, Harbin No 9 High School, the Middle School Attached to Harbin Normal University, A'cheng No 1 High School, Chengdu Shishi High School, Chengdu No 7 High School, Chengdu No 9 High School, Chengdu Foreign Language School and Shanxi Experimental Secondary School. A full presentation was given, introducing the university as the first Sino-Foreign University in China and outlining the degrees and academic courses available, all of which are taught entirely in English.

After the introduction, Miss Li, a teacher from Harbin No 3 High School, commented, "It's a great chance for Chinese students to receive the best international education at a much lower cost."

As the first Sino-Foreign University in China, the University of Nottingham Ningbo, China, will recruit as many as 300 students from 9 provinces and cities: Shanghai, Tianjin, Liaoning, Shangdong, Heilongjiang, Hunan, Sichuan, Jiangsu and Shangxi, as well as from the home province Zhejiang. This is the first time to expand our recruitment nation-wide, since establishing two years ago. Students wishing to study for a BA are required to reach the first level of Gaokao scores with the English score not less than 115.
