Description

The University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) will hold the first tri-campus workshop on “Human Security in The Global South” on 24 and 25 Feb 2016. The workshop attendees are from the Sustainable Development Research Priority Group (RPA), The University of Nottingham in the UK, and members of Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies (IAPS) from The University of Nottingham in the UK, UNNC and The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus.

This workshop provides a forum for academics working on human security issues in the Global South and knowledge exchange among colleagues in The University of Nottingham’s UK, China and Malaysia campuses. A wide range of topics and research areas will be covered to reflect the interdisciplinary nature of this workshop and IAPS. It aims to strengthen the tri-campus research network and collaboration on these issues.
