Biography
Biography
I arrived in China from Italy in 2009. I was formerly Lecturer of Organisation Studies at the University of Rome (Roma Tre) and Lecturer of Applied Economics at the University of Rome (La Sapienza). I have been recently Finnish Government Visiting Scholar at the University of Helsinki, working on the Finnish and Chinese Co-operative movements. I had the opportunity to study, research and teach in Europe, Latin America and now Asia. My working languages are Italian, English and Spanish.

Research Summary
My field of research and teaching is Organisation Studies. I work on the diversity of the co-operative firm, on industrial relations, and occupational health and safety. I am recently working on Chinese co-operatives and on the perspective of history in organisation theory.
