UNNC Strategy 2020 Advisory Group

The UNNC Strategy 2020 Advisory Group is made up of key stakeholders of the University from a diverse range of backgrounds. Members include senior managers, academics, professional services staff, alumni, and representatives from the University’s vibrant student body. It acts as a governing body to oversee and advise on the University’s strategic implementation and delivery and aims to practice our key strategy of “student as partner”, “people at the centre” and “life-long UNNCer”.

Major Responsibilities

  • Provide a source of advices and troubleshoots to strategy intervention portfolio owners on university priorities and key activities during the strategy implementation process.
  • Share and incorporate first-hand empirical insights, expertise, experience and innovative ideas as key stakeholders of the University.
  • Serve as a platform for information dissemination and transparency to elaborate and announce key developments and activities ongoing at the University.

Meeting Frequency

The UNNC Strategy 2020 Advisory Group meets quarterly to review the strategy implementation progress.
